If you wish to pay by credit card, please indicate your desire to do so by email. You will receive an invoice by e-mail with a link to follow to make your payment through PayPal.

If the trip is paid in full and participant cancellation occurs twenty-one (21) days prior to the date of departure, 50% of the program cost will be refunded to the participant. All deposits at the time of booking is non-refundable. No refunds will be given if participant cancellation occurs twenty (20) days before departure.

Should concentric rings™ cancel the trip once it has been booked with a deposit or the trip has been paid in full, concentric rings™ will refund all monies to the registered participant. Contact us
